

He later moved to Ronan, Montana where he lived next to his sister Gladys. He loved to farm and even in his later years would find joy in raising chickens, cows, and horses. Maurice always kept his love of farming and ranching. Maurice was an educator in the public school system in Montpelier and Malad, Idaho, The Dalles Oregon, and Toppenish Washington.

Maurice got his teaching credential and Renata also graduated in Education. Maurice and Renata went back to Brigham Young University. On Jthey were involved in a life altering car accident that resulted in the death of Calvin. Their first son Calvin was born on February 14, 1958. They later moved to Michigan where Maurice helped run a large farm for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

In 1956 Maurice graduated with a degree in Animal Husbandry. They were married Septemin the Salt Lake Temple. Once out of the military Maurice attended Brigham Young University and met Renata Pace. He made lifelong friends in the military and joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints. He was stationed in Fort Lewis Washington. The Korean War started, and he joined the Army and served from 1951 to 1953. He graduated from Park High School in Livingston Montana and went to Montana State University in Bozeman. Maurice often spoke of his adventures growing up in Montana breaking horses and herding cattle on the Boulder in Big Timber. When he was 6 years old he had to move to town to receive an education. He was the oldest of five children, Maurice, Kenneth, Delores, LeRoy, and Gladys. Maurice was born August 30, 1928, to Martha Hagemann and Hubert Louis Webber in Wibaux, Montana. Maurice Richard Webber passed away Septemsurrounded by family, in Rigby Idaho.
